Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
All orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed before this cut-off are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Handling Time
Once your order is accepted, we require a handling period of 1 to 3 business days to prepare your items for shipment. During this time, our team picks, packs, and inspects every product to ensure it meets our quality standards. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.
Transit Time
After the handling period, your package will be transferred to our carrier partner for delivery. Standard transit time is 3 to 6 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or remote addresses. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in transit time calculations.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery
We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery. The carrier selection is based on package weight, destination, and service availability. We cannot guarantee a specific carrier for every order. Deliveries are made during standard business hours, and a signature may be required for high-value packages. We recommend providing a secure shipping address where someone is available to receive the package.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Once an order is in transit, address changes may not be possible. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, CRIBNEST will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. International Shipping
Currently, CRIBNEST ships only to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize to our customers outside the US and will announce any future expansion on our website.
